Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day, with an estimated delivery timeframe advised at order confirmation. Many items are supplied on a back-order basis and are dispatched as soon as received from our suppliers.
Our shipping days are generally Mon-Wed - we can be flexible.
Within Australia
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
- Ambient Shipping: $15.00 flat rate free shipping on orders ≥ $300
- Wet Ice Shipping: $35.00 flat rate, free shipping on orders over ≥ $300
- Dry Ice Shipping: $85.00 flat rate, free shipping on orders over ≥ $500
Brisbane/Gold Coast (local)

- Wet Ice Shipping: $20.00 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $300
New Zealand. ** new reduced rates from 05/2025
Ambient Shipping: From NZ $30 for small parcels.
Wet Ice Shipping: NZ $50 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $2000
Large Cartons: to be quoted at cost.
Shipping time: 4-6 days
No Customs charges.
Cold Shipments
Our cold shipments are handled with care by MNX Global Logistics, specialists in temperature-sensitive deliveries. These are sent overnight express from Monday to Wednesday, ensuring you receive them between Tuesday and Thursday. If there are any delays, MNX will store shipments in a fridge or freezer and top up the ice as needed.For shipments to non-capital cities, cold shipments are typically sent from Monday to Wednesday.

Ambient Shipments
For non-temperature-sensitive items, we use a range of couriers to ensure timely delivery, including MNX, Fedex, Aramax, Couriers Please and Australia Post.Shipping time:
Biologicals: Express Overnight
Plasticware: 1-4 days
Exceptions
For certain special items or international deliveries, unique shipping arrangements may be needed, due to size, urgency or many other reasons. We’ll contact and discuss costs with you before proceeding.
