Forgot e•Freezer password

If you have forgotten your Smartcard password go to our Catalogue. Enter your Smartcard number then click choose Forgot Login.
If you do not know your Smartcard Number, entering your email address in Forgot Login box will reveal it.
The password will be sent to the email address specified.
If your card has already been locked out due to incorrect password attempts this process will unlock the card.
