If you have lost your smartcard, any user on the card can report it lost online, simply by logging into our online store and selecting “Lost Card” from the account menu. Note that replacement cards cost $10 plus GST.
You can call us to virtually insert your card at the e.Freezer if you cant find it. Call us from the e.Freezer to do this on the spot during business hours or by appointment.
