Update Smartcard details

An “Admin” user on your smartcard can change all details of your smartcard online, simply by logging into our online store and selecting “Update Card” from the Account menu, including:

  • add / edit / delete
    • users
    • optional limits
    • automatic credit card payments
    • order numbers/cost codes
  • change delivery or invoice address
  • change Card Contact (admin) details
  • grant admin rights to other users


If you are not an admin user, then you can only change your own name, email address and password. Please contact your lab manager or admin if you wish to update any other details.
